Rabbi Moshe Wilansky
Executive Director
Rabbi Wilansky serves as executive director and Spiritual Leader at Chabad
of Maine. He arrived in Portland, Maine together with his wife Chana in 1987
to establish the local branch of the worldwide Chabad-Lubavitch movement.
Rabbi Wilansky brings the lessons of Torah to life in a meaningful and
relevant way to anyone who comes through the door. With his warmth and
caring, he has made Chabad of Maine the special community it is
today.

Mrs. Chana Wilansky
Co - Director
Chabad of Maine Mikvah
Chana has taught adults and children alike since the inception of Chabad of
Maine. Her hosting for Shabbat and holidays, and amazing food and Challah
is famous in the State of Maine. In addition, Chana runs the Portland
Mikvah. She is the force behind everything that happens at Chabad.

Rabbi Levi and Hindy Wilansky
Youth and Family Programming
Adult Education
Rabbi Levi and Hindy are Chabad's Programming Co-Directors. With their
youthful personalities, they head up on all our youth, young families, holiday
programs, and Camp Gan Izzy. Rabbi Levi teaches adult education classes,
as well as one-on-one. Hindy heads the innovative traveling Hebrew School
and The Gan Jewish Preschool. There is an emphasis placed on meeting the
Jewish needs of the young families in the area through classes, holiday
events and Family Fun Days. They are working hard to share the relevance of
our heritage with Jews of all ages and in all stages of life.
